Using All Purpose Flour Bread Machine

OP Log (ACL) # 6

Monday is blogger day. Therefore, there's already the sixth Part of ligament sequence.

Happy reading! ;)

The 6th Wk after surgery:

The foundation is stable and established a base, so I in the 6th 've driven power unit, the intensity up a little. For 20min straight ring pullups (32) and bar dips (42) in the exchange, but with the 10-vest on the upper body. Felt right at metered, so that the execution was pretty clean. Then another 6 straigth Ring Pullups Dips @ BW + 7 bars in addition to and blocked for 3 laps on the rings + on parallel bars at 90 ° and thereby partially something dynamic "blanketed" as well juice was there. All in 30 minutes. Previously, of course ~ 20min with crutches warmed up.

What a botch as well! Right Achilles' tendon again inexplicably swollen over the fracture site and easily ignited. : See (how is the time the next 1-2 weeks to coincide with the left knee. If I want to have both legs back in order and not just one. Ergo speak with the surgeon next Tuesday. At least I can relax the body very well lit and provide more blood flow. When running I'm neither there nor in the left knee (!) Any pain. Feels anything but good in this beaded scarring.

After a week finally Physio # 5 for half an hour. I'm in the rain about 30 minutes without any problems until then walked with crutches. The following exercises were somewhat long, but effective. Diffraction is now self-employed over the 90 °, could be relaxed in extension with a certain tension with a few tricks.

After 20min walk at the 7th Power unit, the same pattern as before with little progression, so that again with the 10-ring straight jacket 34 pullups and 44 dips bars plus a round @ BW were to book. Pleasant feeling, if all this happens not so bad terribly stressful and fun! Blocking for 3 laps then has passed. The week end was still half an hour Physio # 6 on. :) Yesterday

power unit is well felt, muscular action. My daily round today I completely pain-free extended by a few meters. From the physio yesterday I was able to integrate another exercise to own program, so that the mobility of the left Leg or knee gets more and more leeway. The right Achilles tendon is at least a couple of tricks with a little softer.

Today there are nearly 6 wk after surgery and during the run in the fresh air, I know what this means for me "Freedom!" :) 8 In Power unit once again increased slightly. In each case one more repetition with much improved work capacity / endurance, as less tedious, more focused and consistently powerful. The Static Holds then got a small boost in intensity.

Finally, a recent photo of the knee. Almost no swelling longer exists, so that the patella no longer swims. Tomorrow for the visit to the surgeon and from then on no more crutches!

soon ...

Sincerely,

Rosch.
