From the Netherlands these lovely cards arrived, both are by Fiep Westendorp and illustrations for books by Annie M.G. Schmidt, same as Otje .
The two kids are Jip and Janneke . Schmidt started their stories in 1957 as a weekly episode in a newspaper, later the stories were collected in books (card by Hildegarde , received on 24th February).
The boy here is Pluk van de Petteflet (1971), one of the most popular children's books in the Netherlands. Pluk lives in an apartment building, drives around in his truck and has a lot of human and animal friends (card by Jolanda , received on 1st February).

Both are lovely cards - Big smile!
