The 10th Wk after surgery:

I'll do it again from below! From the ring dips straight into my target definition I have in today's power unit ado Ring Bottom-Up Dips ("Ring BU dips") made. If easily controlled, cleaner and more intense. And miss I they have a little when I honestly am. Also in this time frame EDT I'm not far from the target volume. For the 4th Advent followed a long winter walk for 80min, and I've done both sides a few cautious exercise test, while had no problems with his left knee and right Achilles tendon. :)

The 9th Wk after surgery:

For Physio from # 10's went to the bathroom! For about 15 minutes or less were "submersible joint mobility exercises", where I was quite reminiscent of the classic running-ABC. :) After my legs were warm and the one or the other right in the end could be felt, as was the oil. Right after 20min still current and I went head held high. A few hours earlier, I'm already 45 minutes followed by rapid drumming joint mobility for the upper body. In the evening like a little self-managed and The day is perfect! :)

And again staunchly Winter Walk! Of course, with brace and hiking shoes, which gives more security and stability. The same tour and I am again remained below 1.5 hours. Quite fast, which tells me my leg muscles too. With regard to mental aspect of such a trip is balm for the soul! The dynamic exercises are clearly measured in figures. The execution must be the cleanest! Those who read here regularly know what I mean ... ;)

The static exercises are not measured in figures. Progression takes place here on temporal sense and heavier variants.

The construction of a power unit is simple: First, a EDT-time frame of 20 minutes and then each 5x a static train-and-push exercise plus crisp finisher. The selection from the "pool" is your choice. Duration of one unit max. 45min.

For Physio # 11, I was the second time in the bathroom. A couple of new movement patterns queued. Among other jumps and lateral loads. The 8th Wk after surgery:

The power unit of yesteryear has popped neatly, so the two-day regeneration are urgently needed. My lap is always adventurous. With orthosis and sturdy shoes strode to it at -5 ° C, and proprioceptors challenging by the snow. Must be careful that my white beauty is not contaminated eyes. xD
