The 10th Wk after surgery:

I'll do it again from below! From the ring dips straight into my target definition I have in today's power unit ado Ring Bottom-Up Dips ("Ring BU dips") made. If easily controlled, cleaner and more intense. And miss I they have a little when I honestly am. Also in this time frame EDT I'm not far from the target volume. There was also a highlight of what is to me a few lines worth more, which I'll go into below. I would first just tell you that the entire upper body literally screams and pants. xD

For the 4th Advent followed a long winter walk for 80min, and I've done both sides a few cautious exercise test, while had no problems with his left knee and right Achilles tendon. :)
