The 10th Wk after surgery:

I'll do it again from below! From the ring dips straight into my target definition I have in today's power unit ado Ring Bottom-Up Dips ("Ring BU dips") made. The 9th Wk after surgery:

For Physio from # 10's went to the bathroom! For about 15 minutes or less were "submersible joint mobility exercises", where I was quite reminiscent of the classic running-ABC. :) After my legs were warm and the one or the other right in the end could be felt, as was the oil. Right after 20min still current and I went head held high. A few hours earlier, I'm already 45 minutes followed by rapid drumming joint mobility for the upper body. In the evening like a little self-managed and The day is perfect! :)

And again staunchly Winter Walk! Of course, with brace and hiking shoes, which gives more security and stability. The same tour and I am again remained below 1.5 hours. Quite fast, which tells me my leg muscles too. With regard to mental aspect of such a trip is balm for the soul! After such a right hamstring strain is especially encouraged, to maintain progression and recovery in line.

The dynamic exercises are clearly measured in figures. The execution must be the cleanest! Those who read here regularly know what I mean ... ;)

The static exercises are not measured in figures. Progression takes place here on temporal sense and heavier variants.

The construction of a power unit is simple: First, a EDT-time frame of 20 minutes and then each 5x a static train-and-push exercise plus crisp finisher. The selection from the "pool" is your choice. Duration of one unit max. 45min.

For Physio # 11, I was the second time in the bathroom. A couple of new movement patterns queued. Among other jumps and lateral loads. Unfamiliar feeling, since these forces are the cause of this type of injury. Even if I feel and audible "feel" like the knee when moving work, is the safety of the stability gradually. The 8th Wk after surgery:

The 7th Wk after surgery:

On 11.23.2010 the second time after the OP by my surgeon to control have been. Swollen knee, as already mentioned, not even close, stretching almost completely and diffraction just over 100 ° independently possible. The Physio only just finally came (again) the wobble board to use! Felt quite stable and controlled and increases in next time. On the way home after that I could easily run pain-free quickly and above all. :) Obligatory there finally a recent photograph of the left knee 7 weeks after surgery.

The 6th Wk after surgery:

The foundation is stable and established a base, so I in the 6th 've driven power unit, the intensity up a little. For 20min straight ring pullups (32) and bar dips (42) in the exchange, but with the 10-vest on the upper body. Felt right at metered, so that the execution was pretty clean. From the physio yesterday I was able to integrate another exercise to own program, so that the mobility of the left Leg or knee gets more and more leeway. The right Achilles tendon is at least a couple of tricks with a little softer.

Today there are nearly 6 wk after surgery and during the run in the fresh air, I know what this means for me "Freedom!" :) 8 In Power unit once again increased slightly. In each case one more repetition with much improved work capacity / endurance, as less tedious, more focused and consistently powerful. The Static Holds then got a small boost in intensity.

Finally, a recent photo of the knee. Almost no swelling longer exists, so that the patella no longer swims. Tomorrow for the visit to the surgeon and from then on no more crutches!
