Following Numero 8:00 am I once again under (high) voltage, and cut a little video in the round.
Happy reading! ;)
The 8th Wk after surgery:
The power unit of yesteryear has popped neatly, so the two-day regeneration are urgently needed. My lap is always adventurous. With orthosis and sturdy shoes strode to it at -5 ° C, and proprioceptors challenging by the snow. Must be careful that my white beauty is not contaminated eyes. xD
Because the muscles in the upper body is still a little hung over, I was motivated to a longer winter hike. -10 ° C with delicious I was just over 1.5 hours on the road and partially ankle-high snow had defied. Neither slipped nor frozen, but just had nothing but joy to pain-free and safe to run such a tour at attention. I like the cold sibierische any more than I hate ... Love-hate? warm up
After ~ 20min and bisserl Joint Mobility stood for the upper body Krafteineinheit # 11 on the plan. EDT-time framework for 20min led to 38 straight ring pullups @ 10kg + 48 bar dips @ 10kg. Then after 3min break even 5 sets static blocking at the rope, 3min rest, 5 sets of close Handstand hold on the wall with about 60 seconds set break. Two auxiliary exercises are purely carved violently, as I have this no longer runs quite long. Only 40 minutes and the unit and I were ready. ;)
top of that, nor physio # 10, where I was first set for the whole 25min under current (see photo) and was able to harness the momentum in every time even more intense my leg muscles. The exercises then I could see a once improved stretching + va diffraction, which I successfully on their own self practice. Brett's on the loose look right with respect to the Achilles tendon also look better! :)
Joint Mobility! Over longer time neglected, yesterday I noticed how well does this. A crunch here and a crackling as speaking in absolute terms for it. After about 45 minutes walking tight it was then that without looking at the clock. Just several patterns of movement in my pool and reps at the 20th Will only be the hung-over upper body, because the legs are mobilized mainly by my own government program.
After a bear sleeping and fortifying breakfast was Winter Walk # 2 for just over 1.5 hours on the plan. At -5 ° C. I'm tight maschiert step through the beautiful snow-covered landscape glossy white. A better start to the weekend I can only imagine very hard! :)
At the 12th Force unit after surgery I thought I'd get some variety brought into the plan to get a new stimulus flood! The 10th Round the EDT was very marginal and may be towards the end of "simple". The grip on the rope was amazingly strong and burning of the (standard) support to hold the rings including bottom-up dips as ever. To condition the shoulders, there was tight handstand hold as a finisher.
Strength # 12
~ 20 'Walking + JM
EDT *: Pull + Push [20min]
Rope Pullups @BW 10x5
Bar Dips @10 10x5
Support Hold @Rings:
5x work // 60'' rest
Static Hold @Rope:
5x work // 60'' rest
Handstand Hold:
3x work // 60'' rest
(as finisher)
rest between: 3min
total time: ~45min
*EDT = Escalating Density Training
makes the power unit of yesterday neat music. Stimuli are thus arrived as intended. Moreover, as yet had a current photo. Has not changed much and look good! And yes, the nice cushion with the sunflower I always put out the same. ^ ^
Until then ...
